Prawn Cocktail
Smoked Salmon & Fresh Crab served with salad garnish
Egg Mayonnaise served with salad garnish
Dorset Pate with melba toast and salad garnish
Fresh chilled Melon with Strawberry

All the above served with fresh bread roll & butter

Roast Turkey accompanied with sausage wrapped in bacon
Fresh grilled fillet of Plaice with fresh crab & cheese sauce
Beef Bourguignon served with savoury rice
Lamb Shank with red wine & rosemary sauce
Crepe Suzette with asparagus & cheese sauce
Fresh grilled Salmon fillet with parsley butter
Homemade Leek & Cheese Pasta bake
Honey Roast Gammon served with cranberry & port wine sauce
